Geometry Dash Blast Processing is an Insane 8-star level created by Neptune. The level stands out for its enhanced 3D visual effects and its heavy focus on extended wave gameplay. It was one of the first main levels to fully showcase Update 1.9 mechanics in their complete form.

Unlike many other official levels, this game does not alter the player’s speed or size at any point. The challenge comes purely from movement precision and clean transitions between forms. Completing the level takes approximately 102 seconds and requires at least 65 jumps.

GEOMETRY DASH BLAST PROCESSING – RHYTHM PLATFORMING AT HIGH SPEED

Blast Processing is especially known for its long, uninterrupted wave sections, which demand steady control and rhythm awareness. The level flows through multiple forms, including cubes, balls, UFOs, waves, ships, and dual segments.

Its visual design incorporates noticeable 3D decorations that add depth compared to earlier levels. These embellishments enhance immersion without distracting from tight gameplay.

Notably, Blast Processing and Deadlocked are the only official levels that introduce a wave portal immediately after the first cube section.

Secret Coin Locations

  • First Coin (52%) – Wave: After entering the dual portal, navigate into the third large diamond structure to collect it.
  • Second Coin (69%) – UFO: After passing beneath the second large face-shaped obstacle, enter the lower “mouth” of the third barrier.
  • Third Coin (86%) – Ship: Stay close to the ground and slide under the third cube obstacle with artificial spikes to secure the coin.

Trivia

  • Although the level shares its name with the song, the original Newgrounds upload is titled “-BlastProcess-”.
  • Artificial slopes appear in coin routes here before being fully introduced in Theory of Everything 2.
  • Upon release, it included all full-size Update 1.9 gamemodes.
